A long-term stay, which is over two months, costs US$1,000 monthly per apartment.
A short-term stay of less than two months costs US$60 daily per apartment.

Each apartment offers a front-facing balcony furnished with chairs and a table, three bedrooms, and a spacious master bedroom. All rooms, including the sitting room, have an air conditioner. The open-plan living areas are thoughtfully designed to create a bright, inviting atmosphere, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen has modern appliances, including a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a complete dining ware set. For added convenience, each apartment also features a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board
